Urbando Kosmos Solaris Environmental Vision Association (UKSEVA) is the official residents’ association of Urbando Kosmos Solaris, a premium villa community thoughtfully designed around the principles of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and community well-being.

Established by the residents, UKSEVA is committed to preserving and enhancing the quality of life through transparent governance, responsible management of community assets, and active participation from every homeowner. Our community integrates green infrastructure, including rooftop solar power, rainwater harvesting, centralized water and sewage treatment systems, organic waste composting, landscaped green spaces, and modern shared amenities that promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
